Kin is a simple, intuitive HR platform that focuses on people, not paper. I was responsible for spearheading all design-related activities for Kin, from feature development to marketing efforts. One recent feature, Employee Reviews, was highly anticipated by Kin’s customers, which allowed them to conduct reviews directly inside of Kin. As a team we conducted a design sprint based on Google Ventures “Sprint” methodology; we learned, designed, prototyped and tested Employee Reviews with users in 5-days! Formal visual designs and final implementation occurred in the following months.
